Set on the main road approximately 1 mile from the city centre. Surrounded by other retail outlets, bookmakers and many houses.

There is a public bar with pool table and darts area, lounge bar with covers for 60.

To the rear there is a large car park and access to the nightclub/function room which can accommodate for 250 people.

The front entrance also has a roadside enclosed outside area.

The current tenant of 20 years has decided to retire; the outlet has had various success stories in the community. The bar is very much local, and the function room/nightclub benefits from bookings from customers throughout Fife. The lounge operates at weekends only currently there is no food offer.
