The New Inn is lively local pub in St Andrews which has recently undergone a major refurbishment.

The roadside location means that this is the very first bar/food establishment when entering St Andrews from the East Fife tourist trail. St Andrews University has recently been granted permission for a new 1500 plus student accommodation less than a few minutes walk from the site. Tourists flock here from all over the world to enjoy the history and the golf courses.

There is a public bar/seating area for 50 covers, a snug area with wood burner and a catering kitchen.

The pub benefits from 5 ensuite letting rooms.

Externally there is a large beer garden which is a great sun trap and BBQs are held regularly in the Summer.
